Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the impact of the dimensions of healthcare service quality on patient satisfaction in healthcare institutions at Al-Sadaqa Teaching Hospital- Aden, The dimensions of the independent variable (healthcare service quality) include (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, safety, empathy), while the dependent variable is (patient satisfaction), The researchers used the descriptive-analytical method, and the research community was represented by Al-Sadaqa Teaching Hospital, Aden. The research sample consisted of a group of patients visiting the hospital, totalling 100 patients, The research concluded that the quality of healthcare services provided is poor, and the level of patient satisfaction with the provided services is also poor. There is a correlation between the management of healthcare service quality in its dimensions and achieving patient satisfaction in the hospital, The research recommended the continuous improvement of the quality of healthcare services provided in the hospital, and the need to pay attention to identifying patient needs in order to gain their satisfaction.
