The impact of the Dimensions of Strategic Management on The Efficiency of Performance in The Private Universities in Taiz

Abstract
Purpose - This study evaluates the Impact of Strategic Management process practices on the performance efficiency of Leaders of Yemeni private universities in the city of Taiz. Initial data was collected from (99) leaders using a sampling strategy according to a scientific method called (Snowball effect) in five private universities whose main centers are located in the city of Taiz. The researchers focused on the Questionnaire as a main tool for collect Data. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect of the dimensions of strategic management on performance efficiency in private universities in the city of Taiz. and thus universities and colleges can adapt and control teaching methods and activities to integrate these dimensions and study how they relate and ways to enable strategic management to further enhance the efficiency of performance in Higher education in Yemen. The study stated the following several recommendations include:
-Working continuously to increase the effectiveness of the application of dimensions’ strategic management with its dimensions (analysis, formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation) in the universities under study.
-Working continuously to improve and raise the efficiency of performance.
