The Degree Of Applying Authenticity And Flexibility Skills Amon Electricity Teachers Of The Middle Stage In The Kuwait State And Its Relationship With Their Teaching Performance

Abstract
The study investigated the degree of applying authenticity and flexibility skills among electricity teachers of the intermediate stage in Kuwait and its relationship with their teaching performance. To achieve the aim of the study, a random sample consisting of (46) male and female teachers teaching electricity subject for intermediate stage at Kuwait in the school year 2012\2013.
For date collection, a ( 20) items checklist containing originality and flexibility was developed and administrated to the sample. The instrument contained two domains: originality and flexibility. Another ( 25) items checklist to measure teachers' performance was also developed. The checklist contained three domains: planning, conducting and assessment. Validity and reliability for both instruments were verified
Results of the study indicated:
- Practice degree by intermediate electricity teachers at Kuwait for originality and flexibility was at high level, and this was true for their teaching performance.
- A positive significant correlation was found between intermediate electricity teachers' practice degree for originality and flexibility and their teaching performance.
