The study aimed to verify the factorial validity towards risk and its relationship to creative thinking for the Palestinian university students, and to achieve this method has been used Correlative, where the application attitude towards the risk of preparation, (Amer & Qatrawi, 2015) and Torrance test of creative thinking for "Paul Torrance", on a sample of students Palestinian universities, amounted to (600) students, with an average age of (20.082) years and a standard deviation of (0.391), were verified validity and reliability of the attitude towards risk, as has been verified stability Torrance test of creative thinking, and it was research and there is the impact of causal attitude towards risk in thinking results inventive, and the presence of good matching to model the sample data indicators, it turns out that the attitude towards risk and enjoy a genuinely creative thinking and good stability applicable to the Palestinian environment.
