The effect of an enrichment program to develop innovative thinking skills among the talented female students of preparatory stage and its permanence after implementation

الملخص
The main results of the study showed the following:
• There are no statistically significant differences between the average grade of the control group before and after the implementation of the program on a scale skills, innovative thinking of the intermediate stage.
• There are effectiveness of the program in the development of innovative thinking in students, beyond the follow-up period where results revealed that there is no a statistically significant difference, between the average times measurements posttest and after follow-up, the experimental group on a scale Torrance to think about innovation, which confirms the continuity of the effectiveness of the treatment program until after the follow-up period, suggesting continued after the survival of learning in students of middle school.
In the light of the results, the researcher suggested some recommendations.
