The impact of strategic planning in crisis management A field study in the Free Zone Authority - Aden

Abstract
The study aimed to know the level of application of strategic planning and crisis management and to measure the impact of strategic planning on crisis management in the Free Zone Authority - Aden. In addition to using the simple linear regression method to test the hypotheses of the study by taking a random sample of the employees of the Free Zone Authority - Aden, which amounted to 68 employees - a questionnaire was distributed to the study sample and the data was analyzed. In crisis management, represented in the discovery of early warning signs, damage containment, preparedness and prevention among workers in the Aden Free Zone Authority. The study also showed a weak positive impact of strategic planning on learning and decision-making in the Free Zone Authority - Aden.
