The Impact of Relationship Strategy Management on Services Quality: A Case Study of Social Fund for Development in Sana’a, Yemen

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic management on the
quality of services, the level of practicing it and the quality of services at the
Social Fund for Development in Sana’a, Yemen. The descriptive analytical
method was adopted and a questionnaire was administered to collect data
from (146) participants who were selected by the complete census method.
The participants covered all employees in job levels (Unit Head, Unit Vice-
Head, Officer, & Assistant). To analyze the data, the statistical package for
social sciences (SPSS) was used. The findings revealed statistically significant
positive impact of strategic management on the quality of services. The
findings also showed that the level of practicing strategic management at the
Social Fund for Development was high, and the level of quality of services
was high as well. The study concluded with an emphasis on paying more
attention to strategic management at the Social Fund for Development, as
this would have positive impact on the quality of services.
