Abstract
This study dealt with the Legal nature for the maintenance of moral rights In Jordanian law, consideration of this subject is of particular importance. Because moral rights have two parts, one literary and one financial, which makes the pawn in the presence of these two segments special The importance of this issue is growing with the promulgation of the Security of Rights in Movable Property Act No. 20 of 2018 It has become necessary to determine the nature of this mortgage subject to insurance, possessory or publicity.
We concluded by examining a set of conclusions and recommendations as follows. The legislator did not cancel the transferee's possessory mortgage but introduced a new legal regime for the mortgage of transferees subject to a no possession that harmonized the nature of moral rights. In view of its specific nature, the mortgage is made public by placing the mortgage on the electronic record prepared for this purpose. Others can learn about the existence of the mortgage and hold seminars and workshops to illustrate this new idea of the mortgage with regard to publicity that has been developed.
