Organizational and Educational Methods Of Ismailia advocacy, missionaries and invitees

الملخص

The research aims to identify the organizational and educational methods of Ismailia advocacy, which has been used  in organizing and determining the work of missionaries and their duties according their rank, as well as organizational and educational methods which has been used in determining the level of the invitees, and identify intellectual topics that provide to them in each level. Researcher used the historical research method and keen on taking Information from the sources of Ismailia's book, if any, including the help of books about Ismailia in secondary references. Researcher's goal of this research is to highlight the efforts of Ismailies in their missionary activity, the strict regulation of the work of missionaries, the process of polarizing followers and the rules that has been set by the advocacy missionaries not only for the conditions and criteria taken into account in the selection of the invitees but also, for intellectual themes identified by missionaries for the invitees themselves in every level. That themes fit Internal interpretation with Islamic Religion which is the foundation of  the advocacy. The researcher concluded that a number of the results highlighted that the organizational and educational methods of Ismailia advocacy has an accurate a disciplined and tight intellectual system which is the main part of the Ismailia advocacy intellectual system that regulates the advocacy in all its aspects, and It is one of the reasons for their success, and the most important regulatory action of Ismailia advocacy is the process of polarizing followers which is the mission of the missionaries  who are doing hard work and painstaking.

Based on the results, the researcher puts set of recommendations notably the unification of workers in the field of Islamic advocacy , organize and prioritize tasks advocacy at the present time with the benefit of modern means of communication efforts in the Islamic advocacy service relying on careful strategic planning in spreading the Islamic advocacy, respond objectively to Lies and objections raised by enemies of Islam, and work hard to immunize kids of all intellectual deviations through the curriculum included topics deepen the true faith and fighting hypocrisy and deception.
