The Impact of Applying Academic Accreditation Standards in Its Dimensions on the Quality of Higher Education in Yemeni Universities

Abstract
The study aimed to assess the impact of applying academic accreditation standards (institutional and programmatic accreditation) on the quality of higher education (responsiveness, reliability, tangibility, assurance, empathy) in Yemeni universities. The researcher used a descriptive analytical approach, and data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of academics and researchers. Results showed a statistically significant positive impact of accreditation standards on improving the dimensions of educational quality. The study recommends enhancing accreditation standards as a strategic tool to raise educational quality.
