Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the impact of human resource management strategies, with their dimensions: (recruitment strategy, compensation and incentives strategy, training and development strategy, and performance evaluation strategy) on achieving strategic success with its dimensions: (defined strategy, effective implementation, and motivational culture) at the Central Bank of Yemen.
The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach and used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study population consisted of leadership and executive positions at the Central Bank of Yemen, totaling (145) individuals, from which (108) individuals were selected through stratified random sampling. Based on this, data were collected, analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using appropriate statistical methods.
The study reached several results and conclusions, the most important of which are: a high level of interest in applying human resource management strategies at the Central Bank of Yemen, and that human resource management strategies with their dimensions have a positive impact on achieving strategic success at the Central Bank of Yemen. However, there appears to be a slight issue with the accuracy in selecting competent and qualified individuals for vacant positions, as well as a suggestion of a deficiency in promoting positive values to the required level.
The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are: providing the Central Bank with more support to enhance its efforts in implementing its policies and strategies, placing greater emphasis on continuous human resource development of human resources, and focusing on attracting talented and competent individuals.
