Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of training quality on the effectiveness of job performance in civil society organizations in Hadhramaut Governorate. The descriptive and analytical approach was used, relying on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the community represented by all workers in civil society organizations in Hadhramaut Governorate, coast and valley, numbering (780) individuals. A simple random sample of (258) individuals was selected. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that the level of availability of training quality was very high with an arithmetic mean of (4.27), and that the level of availability of job performance effectiveness was very high with an arithmetic mean of (4.30), and the existence of a statistically significant impact of training quality on the effectiveness of job performance in civil society organizations in Hadhramaut Governorate. The study recommended improving the continuity of current training policies in the organization without interruption, and preparing budgets and allocating them for training; Since training significantly improves performance and prioritizes needs, it's preferable to offer rewards and incentives to creative employees who offer innovative ideas that benefit business development.
