Abstract

The study aimed to describe and analyse responsible management as an input to strengthen the role of head teachers in Egypt by defining the theoretical foundations of responsible management to strengthen the role of school administrators, He described and analysed the models of some States in strengthening the role of school principals for the school using responsible management and monitoring the reality of enhancing the role of principals in Egypt using the entrance of the responsible administration, Access to a set of proposed measures to strengthen the role of principals in Egypt using the entrance of the responsible department. The research used the descriptive curriculum, where research was used to describe and analyze responsible management as an input to strengthen the role of principals in Egypt, in the light of contemporary administrative thinking, and to analyze the field of enhancing the role of principals using responsible management, and at the end of which it reached a set of proposed actions that would enhance the role of principals in Egypt using the entrance of responsible administration.
