Abstract

The study aimed to determine the impact of transformational leadership with its dimensions (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration) on achieving strategic success with its dimensions (survival, adaptation, growth, learning) at the Union Cement Company in Aden/Abyan, Republic of Yemen. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method and used a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection from the study population of 64 members through a comprehensive survey method. The study relied on the SPSS statistical analysis program and reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant effect of transformational leadership with its all dimensions on achieving strategic success at the Union Cement Company. The dimension of idealized influence ranked first, followed by the dimension of intellectual stimulation in second, individual consideration in third, and inspirational motivation in fourth. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to promote transformational thinking among the administrative leaders in the researched company so that it becomes a behavior and a driver for their future vision and directions. The management of the company should also strive to enhance the orientation towards transformational leadership.
