الملخص

This study sought to identify the practice of professional competencies and its relationship to the skills of creative thinking among pre-school teachers in Al- Qurayyat  province, (N= 600) teacher, the sample selected randomly amounted (N=75) teacher during the academic year (1435/1436). To achieve the objectives of the study two study tools developed, first one (creative thinking skills) and the second (Professional competencies). The researcher used the statistical treatment of the following: Extract averages , standard deviations, the use of analysis of variance- ANOVA , and Scheffe Test was used for the dimensional comparisons. Results showed that the degree of availability of professional competencies and creative thinking skills of preschool teachers were moderately employed, there were no differences in determining the degree of availability of professional competencies according to the variables of qualification and experience, and there were no differences in the availability of creative thinking skills (fluency, flexibility and originality) by qualification variable. Differences showed provide flexibility skill scale by experience in favor of teachers whose inexperience (1-5 years) compared to  teachers whose inexperience (over 10 years).
