Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the impact of faculty creative practices on enhancing the quality of higher education in Jordan from the perspective of university students. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, employing a stratified random sample of 420 students representing various public and private Jordanian universities and covering both scientific and humanities disciplines.

The results indicated that students’ evaluation of faculty creative practices in Jordanian universities was at a high-average level (3.57), with the domain of "creativity in teaching strategies" leading (3.76), followed by "creativity in assessment and feedback" (3.62), while the use of technology and building relationships with students ranked third and fourth, respectively. Furthermore, the gaps between reality and importance revealed a particular need for providing a safe learning environment and supporting students academically and psychologically. The findings highlight the necessity of enhancing faculty creative practices and developing university organization and administration to achieve a healthy and effective learning environment that meets students’ academic and psychological needs.
