Evaluating the implementation of the development plan by public school principals in Jerash Governorate from the teachers’ point of view

Abstract
The aim of this research is to identify the degree to which public school principals in Jerash Governorate implement the development plan from the point of view of teachers. The study population consists of all school teachers of the directorates of education in Jerash Governorate, numbering (3414), and to find out if there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the sample members. Study according to the variable (gender, academic qualification, and teaching experience). To achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was constructed consisting of (46) items, covering four areas. To answer the study questions, arithmetic means were calculated and multiple variance analysis was performed. The researcher reached a set of results, the most notable of which is that the degree of implementation of the development plan was high for all areas. The research showed the presence of Statistically significant differences at the significance level (P = 0.05) due to the variable (gender, educational qualification, and experience). Therefore, the researcher recommends developing professional plans to develop the work of school principals to contribute to developing school programs and improving the teaching environment.
