Requirements for Implementing Institutional Excellence in Special Needs Schools in Egypt

Abstract
The research aimed to identify the reality of the application of institutional excellence standards in special education institutions in Egypt, and to reach the proposed procedures to provide the requirements for the application of institutional excellence standards in them, and the research used the descriptive method and applied the questionnaire as a research tool where its reliability and stability were verified by appropriate educational and statistical methods, and applied to a sample of (600) workers in special education institutions, and the most important research results are that the application of institutional excellence standards in special education institutions makes them more flexible and compatible with labor market requirements by using the latest administrative methods necessary for their development, and integrating all elements that There are statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (0.05 = α) between the category of qualification (diploma without bachelor's degree) and the category of qualification (bachelor's degree) in favor of the category of bachelor's degree. The research recommended the necessity of establishing the principle of education for sustainable development, in addition to the need to conduct awareness programs that contribute to spreading the culture of institutional excellence standards among workers in special education institutions.
