Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Please provide the following:




    1. Cover Letter




    2. Publication Ethics
      Include a Publishing Ethics Declaration containing the following:




      • Conflicts of interest 




      • Funding information




      • A summary of each author's contribution to the manuscript






    3. All submissions must meet the following requirements:





    • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

    • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or PDF document file format.

    • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

    • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

    • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements ( IEEE style ) outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
      All researchers are kindly requested to fill out the attached form accurately and submit it alongside the manuscript as a separate sheet, in addition to a Cover Letter upon submission. Complete researcher details must be provided (email address, contact numbers, and institutional affiliation), along with the ORCID identifier if available. Researchers are also required to suggest qualified peer reviewers and their details (name, specialization, institutional affiliation, and email address). Additionally, any use of artificial intelligence tools in preparing the manuscript — if applicable — must be disclosed, with a clear description of how they were used. Manuscripts will not proceed to the peer review process until all requirements have been fulfilled Submission Requirements for the Journal of Science and Teechnology.

Author Guidelines

When submitting a manuscript to the journal, the author should enclose a letter that includes the following elements:



  • Cover Letter.

  • Specific details about the manuscript (title, length, number of tables and figures);

  • A request for manuscript publication;

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor it is before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor);

  • Recommendations for potential reviewers or reviewers to avoid (optional)

  • Notice of any interests or activities that might be seen as influencing the research.

  • A copy of the permission granted to reproduce or adapt any copyrighted material from another source.


The corresponding author should assure the editor that all authors are in agreement with the content of the manuscript before submitting an original or revised submission.


The author should include his/ her telephone number, e-mail address, and mailing address for future correspondence. In all correspondence, the author should include the complete manuscript title, and his/ her name.


Original manuscript should be submitted in ‘Word’ format:



  • Single coulmn, double line spacing and 2.5 cm top, bottom, left and right margins.

  • The manuscripts should not exceed 25 pages including tables and figures.

  • The international style of units and Arabic or English language and it should be accompanied by the title and an abstract not exceeding 200 words.

  • The title should be brief, but informative.

  • Tables. plates and figures must be numbered, titled and referenced in the text sequentially.

  • Reference should be referred to in the text by media of a number in square brackets. The references should be listed numerically and in the following format:

  • Articles: Author/s,”title,” journal /conference proceedings. volume, number, page numbers, year. Books: Author/s, “ title,”, publisher, year.
