Abstract

The increasing growth and development of human knowledge, the penetration of information technology, the emergence of topics   such as artificial intelligence, and the prevalence of the term "e-HR" have led to changes in the nature of many approaches to human resource management. In this regard, the current study aims to investigate the impact of electronic human resource management and artificial intelligence on talent management at the Institute of Communications and Information Technology. This research is quantitative in nature and applied in nature. The general statistical population of the study consists of all employees at the Institute of Communications and Information Technology, totaling 725 individuals. Based on the Cochrane table and a stratified random sampling method, 251 individuals were selected as a statistical sample. The primary tool for collecting information was the e-HRM questionnaire by Dominic (2020), the talent management questionnaire by Phillips et al. (2019), and the artificial intelligence questionnaire, which was developed by the researcher and studied in terms of form, content, and tools. Its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data were obtained using structural equation modeling and the 8Smart PLS program. Data analysis showed that e-HRM, with an impact factor of 10.363 and a significance value of 3.382, influences talent management, while artificial intelligence, with an impact factor of 0.545 and a significance value of 0.037, influences talent management. Furthermore, the various dimensions of e-HRM and artificial intelligence influence talent management at the Institute of Communications and Information Technology.
