Abstract
This ruled research is entitled ((sentences relating to mad the chapter of the marriage, doctrinal comparative study)). It is as a doctrinal study comparing to Yemen's Personal Status Law, answering a number of questions such as what is the madness, types of it, the soundness of the mad marriage, requirements for it , and who is the responsible to marry the crazy? This research aimed to numbers of goals, including the studying of the general sentences of madness, and highlighting the cases that have active validity and the cases the marriage could not be done, and the analysis the issues of the mandate and option. This research gains importance in terms of belonging to people, its workable subject, not theoretic. The study came in an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. It concluded to numbers of results. There is importance to evaluate the madness, and distinguish it from others, which may be suspected by the terms of Order the jurisprudence sentences. And the validity to make the e Crazy married on conditions, and that he may void the marriage by the reason of insanity, and the guardian acting on behalf of the crazy in the marriage contract but not representative in divorce.
