Authorities of Judicial Arrest Officers in the Cybercrimes and Mobile Crimes

Abstract
The topic of the of judicial arrest officers in cybercrimes and mobile crimes has increasingly become very important to many researchers and respective authorities due to the lack of knowledge and awareness of judicial arrest officers about the crimes relating to these tools and due to its dangerous impact on the national security of the state and on the economic aspects of the companies and business individuals and their privacy.
This study also showed another problem which is that the Yemeni criminal legislations lack to the legal provisions that address such types of crimes.
This study aimed to explore the competence of the judicial arrest officers in such types of crimes and investigate the legal provisions in force that regulate these issues and any deficiency and the proposed recommendations that help to address such deficiencies or shortcoming in dealing with any cybercrime.
