Abstract
It is a doctrinal study comparing and answering a numbers of questions such as, what are the cases that occurred to the crazy in the chapter of the limits & its sentences, and what are the images of offensives that come from the crazy man to others, and how the mad get his rights against the punishments and may the mad be exemplary.
The research aims to analyze the kinds of offensives from Crazy to the others, and illustration how it meets his right to retribution and standing on the judgment of discipline him in the Islamic Legislation.
And showing the importance of this research in the terms of being a scientific research that people need,, it comes in this research, the introduction , preface, two sections and a conclusion.
Researcher concluded to a numbers of results, including that the saying of the mad did not support by legally, not in this world or in the after life, As for his actions that caused damage to the others will be guaranteed in what he has , and it was sometimes get mad and wake up sometimes his judgment once he gets conscious same as the judgment of the intelligent.Downloads
