Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of strategic foresight, with its dimensions (scenario building, environmental scanning, strategic choice, integration), on enhancing entrepreneurial orientation in pharmaceutical companies in Aden, focusing on its dimensions (creativity, innovation, proactivity, risk-taking). The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire to collect data from the target population, including company managers and sales and marketing representatives, selecting a purposive sample for analysis. Findings indicate that strategic foresight is well-implemented and positively influences entrepreneurial orientation, with scenario building and proactivity being the most significant dimensions. The study concludes that strengthening the strategic foresight framework contributes to sustainable entrepreneurial orientation in companies, emphasizing the development of strategic planning, alternative selection, and organizational integration
