A Proposed Training Scenario to Meet Training Needs of Social Workers in Dealing with Crises

Abstract
The study aimed to reach a training vision to meet the training needs of social workers in dealing with crises. The study is one of the descriptive studies that used the social survey method in a comprehensive enumeration method, as it relied on the training needs scale tool and was applied to (52) social workers in the directorates of social development. ), with a rate of (86.3%) for the first, and with a rate of (82.6%) for the second, while the value training needs of social workers were (medium) with a rate of (70.6%)., and the lack of a fixed and specific system for evaluating and following up the training program.
