Abstract
This research aims to clarify the impact of strategic vigilance, with its dimensions (technological, environmental, marketing, and competitive), in improving the quality of health service, with its dimensions (responsiveness, reliability, safety, empathy, and tangibility), at Al-Shifa Specialized Hospital in Shabwah Governorate. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical methodology. The study included two samples: 60 hospital employees (medical and administrative staff) and 40 patients. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS.
The researcher arrived at a number of conclusions, the most important of which were: The strategic vigilance of the Shifa specialist hospital came with a calculated average of (3.80), with a high rating, The quality of health services at the Shifa specialist hospital in Shabwah governorate was calculated at an average of (4.22), with a very high rating, There is a strong correlation between strategic vigilance and improving the quality of health services, A positive and morally significant impact of strategic vigilance on improving the quality of health services in the specialized hospital of Al-Shifa.
Key recommendations include supporting innovation through technology adoption, enhancing staff efficiency through scientific training, and strengthening reliability and responsiveness by providing high-quality services.
