Abstract
The study aimed to measure the level of quality of health services provided at the Yemeni University of Science and Technology Hospital. The study adopted the descriptive approach, and the study was limited to all employees of the Yemeni University of Science and Technology Hospital (medical and administrative).
A simple random sample was selected, numbering (297) individuals, and a soft sample of beneficiaries numbering (247) individuals was selected. The study tool was the questionnaire, and to analyze the data, the SPSS program was used, and the study reached several results:
-The quality of health services in general achieved a (high) level from the point of view of hospital workers as well as beneficiaries.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the opinions of the study sample members about the level of quality of health services provided due to the variables.
