Emotional intelligence of the employees of some universities in the state of Khartoum in Sudan

Abstract
This research aims at recognising the emotional intelligence or the students in Sudanes. The study use the descriptive – some universities in Khartoum State relational approach that matches the aims of this study. The research tool was scale of emotional Intelligence which was prepared by the researcher jihad Elraysh (2011). His worch mentioning that it achieved an acceptable co efhcient or reliability and validity. The total size of the sample is (140) students who were chosen according to the simple random sampling. The researcher processed the data using the computer programme (SPSS) due to its efficiency and characteristics. The study concludes that the enotional intelligence of the studeuts in some universities in Khartoum State is described as high and there are no disfiucations in enotional intelligence among the students. In some universities this is attributed toole variable type and the scientific grade there is no any relational relationship between the emotional intelligence or the students or some University and the variable of age.Among the most important recommendation is that the worllers should be aword the vole of the emotional intelligence in the field of work. The study finally proposed the preparationa of programme for increasing the emotional intelligence for the worllers in Sudanese universities.
