Assess The Quality Of Educational Services At The Faculty Of Administrative Sciences, Najran University From Students Perspective

Abstract
This research aimed to assess the level of quality of educational services at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences - Najran University from students perspective.
The research problem is to know if there difference in the students' perspective about the quality of educational services provided by the Faculty According to the axes of the faculty members staff, scientific material, physical facilities ,management, employees ,student activities and the overall environment.
Their search population consists of 2751 students, a deliberate sample was chosen of 104 students based of academic level , sex , and specialization.
There searcher use two approaches : descriptive and inferential , data were collected by questionnaire .
After a statistical analysis the main results of the research are:-
1- The quality of educational services in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences was average.
2-There are significant differences between the responses of students about the quality of educational services provided by the College of Administrative Sciences attributed to the variables of the study .
