Application of E-learning to achieve the quality standards in education process

Abstract

In the light of the rapid technological changes in all aspects of life, a compulsive need has risen to catch up with these developments especially in education field. Due to the intense competition in our current era and the necessity of comprehensive quality and its dimensions in overall concept, all of world must do his best effort to implement the technology in all its forms to ensure of quality achieving.  

Nowadays, because the educational system is facing a challenge in concern with the need to provide more educational opportunities without the need to increase additional budgets so many educational institutions have started to face this challenge through the development and application of E-learning and Distance learning.  

It must be differentiate between ‘E-learning and Distance learning as an alternative solution for traditional education which may not be easily available especially in developing countries’ and their role as a complement of traditional education. It’s well known that context of education in developing countries is suffering from many problems which can be solved using E-learning and distance learning
