Obstacles to the application of total quality management at the University of Sulaimani Technical Analytical Study of the opinions of a sample of the Staff in Sulaimani University Technology

The research aims to identify the obstacles and problems facing colleges and technical institutes of the University of Sulaimani (Kurdistan Region General of parchment) in the application of managementOverall quality from the viewpoint of the faculty members, as it was designed questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (80) members, and after Analysis of the data turned out the existence of obstacles and problems facing colleges and institutes of the university researched in the application of total quality management, was the weakness of financial support, And poor relations between the scientific departments and department of university, and recommended the need to search the positive attention to incentives (physical and moral) to members of the Commission Of teaching, and the need to establish continuous training, especially to quality, and the allocation of sufficient funds for the application of total quality management at the University  .
