Despite the increasing number of websites for universities and the increasing number of Internet users in the current era, we find a lack of studies that are interested in examining and evaluating the usability quality of the universities’ websites in the Arab world. This study aims to use the heuristic evaluation and user testing methods to evaluate the usability quality of the website of a public, old, and ancient university in Jordan (Yarmouk University), It amed,also, to detect the usability problems on the website of this university from the viewpoint of expert evaluators and students. Five evaluators participated in this study that checked the website of the Yarmouk University in detail, and thirty students carried out the typical tasks on the website of the Yarmouk University. The results showed the presence of a large number of the usability problems on the website of Yarmouk University from the viewpoint of experts, as well as the results showed the presence of other usability problems that have been identified only by the students.
