Abstract
The goal of research to evaluate management performance in Faculty of Education And tongues Amran, According to some of the requirements of TQM from the viewpoint of teachers and administrators and students, and impact of the (sex, and qualifications, and experience, and job) on their assessment of the performance, and descriptive and identification of (105) paragraphs-divided into seven areas-distributed sample intended (97); (34) from professors (15)from administrative (48)from students, statistical treatment, program (spss) for research.
1- the Pan performance on average (1.7) (5) evaluation (non-existent), And as areas; two areas got (1); Institutional; vision, mission and objectives of the College and(6); Classrooms, to intermediate (1.9, 2.1), evaluation (poorly) each, and got the rest areas, on average between (1.3-1.8) rating (zero). According to the standards got 71 standard; (67.6%) On the evaluation of the (non-existent) and (29) criterion; (27.6%) Evaluation of (poorly), and (5) standards (4.8%), evaluation (acceptable), and there are not any standard; rating (good, very good).
2. - there are signifcant differences at (α = 0.05) due to sex, in three areeas; (Material resources available and learning resources, Quality of library services, Classrooms); for females, and experience, both (Institutional; vision, mission and objectives of the College) the least of the five years experience , and (Quality activities and student services) for more than five, and qualifier; in (Institutional; vision, mission and objectives of the College. Performance management faculty) for doctoral and masters. depending on the job in (Institutional; vision, mission and objectives of the College) for teachers, and in the (Quality activities and student services, Quality of library services, Classrooms); for managers. and the lack of differences in other areas. 3. in the light of the results of the strategy to achieve quality and accreditation in all areas; add to the quality of funding.
