The Impact of Strategic Flexibility on the Institutional Excellence: A Field Study at Private Yemeni Universities

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of Strategic Flexibility through its dimensions (Competitive Flexibility, Marketing Flexibility, Resources Flexibility, Information Flexibility) on the Institutional Excellence through its dimensions (leadership Excellence, knowledge Excellence, Services Excellence, Performance Results) at Private Yemeni Universities. the descriptive analytical approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of collecting data from the study population which reached (278) academic and administrative leaders. The complete consensus method was used. To analyze the data, the (SPSS) program was used. The findings revealed statistically significant positive impact of Strategic Flexibility on the Institutional Excellence at Private Yemeni Universities. There was also a disparity in the impact of the dimensions of Strategic Flexibility on Institutional Excellence, where the most effective one was the dimension of Resources Flexibility and the least effective was the dimension of Marketing Flexibility at Private Yemeni Universities. However, the study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: an emphasis on paying more attention to Strategic Flexibility at Private Yemeni Universities, as this would have positive impact on Institutional Excellence. Also invest of The Impact of Strategic Flexibility on Institutional Excellence for achieving of goals all parties.
