The level of teaching performance of faculty members at the postgraduate level in the light of creative thinking skills

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of teaching performance among faculty members in the postgraduate stage in light of creative thinking skills. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was adopted. The study was conducted on a sample of (119) postgraduate students at Al-Istiqlal University, selected through simple random sampling. The results showed that the level of teaching performance among faculty members in the postgraduate stage in light of creative thinking skills was high, with a percentage of (72%). The fluency skill scored the highest with a percentage of (77%), followed by the flexibility skill with a percentage of (72%), and finally the originality skill with a percentage of (67%). The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the fluency and flexibility skills of creative thinking in the teaching performance among faculty members attributed to the gender variable, whereas there were differences in the originality skill in favor of males. Additionally, the results showed no statistically significant differences in the level of teaching performance among faculty members in the postgraduate stage in light of creative thinking skills attributed to the academic year variable.
