Abstract

     The study aims to identify the obstacles to the application of electronic administration in King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein Schools for Excellence from the teachers' point of view . To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive survey method was used and a questionnaire was developed to collect data.  for excellence, and the number is (420) male and female teachers;  The study found several results, the most important is the existence of a (low) level of obstacles to the application of electronic management in King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein Schools for Excellence from the teachers' point of view, with an arithmetic average of (1.62).  While the field of human obstacles occupied the second rank with an arithmetic average of (1.62) and a low degree, and the third rank came organizational obstacles with an arithmetic average of (1.53) and a low degree. The application of electronic management is attributed to the variables (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience). The researcher recommends that the principals of King Abdullah II Schools of Excellence continue to apply electronic management in the administrative process.
