Abstract

This research study aimed to highlight the female educationists’ complaints at Ministry of Education and to identify the reasons behind such complaints. It also aimed to investigate the factors affecting solving their problems and propose some mechanisms to the concerned authorities who should take actions by supporting female educationists as this will lead to improve their performance and the performance of the Ministry of Education. The researchers of this study adopted the qualitative and quantitative method to achieve the objectives of the study. The researchers collected and analyzed data in an inductive method with the focus on the meanings and frequencies of responses raised by the complainants. The data gathering tool used was in–depth interviews with the female teachers. The targeted group of female teachers was purposively selected based on different job levels, positions, and the result of their complaints (one complaint has been solved, and the second has not been solved, while the third complaint has been suspended, and the last has been pending and not solved). The researchers of this study have come up with certain findings and recommendations and also suggestions to address female educationists’ complaints and proposed a mechanism for accelerating solutions so as to empower women in their jobs and not to dissipate their mental and physical capacity and energies.
