Effectiveness of the Cognitive Educational Program for the Treatment, the Attention and Memory Disabilities among Students with Learning Disabilities Developmental. (Study Experimental in Wilayates Bouira and Annaba)

Abstract
This study addresses the important topic of school subjects learning disabilities, which is one of the modern concerns in the global educational system, particularly in Algeria. The pupils became latecomers enjoy critical curriculum, both in terms of design and education programs planned or where ensure therapeutic intervention in order to provide special education services to these students . So I tried this study to ensure the effectiveness of one of the therapeutic educational programs designed specifically for this category, which is a program designed for the treatment of attention and memory disabilities.
The study proved that therapeutic intervention through the design of programs and services pedagogical appropriate lead to positive results on the academic achievement of students who suffer from the collection of low, on Alergm that their mental and physical and psychological are no different from students ordinary, and these are people with learning disabilities, who are receiving services within special sections, which are called in Algeria "classes of learning conditioner", which is a program designed for the treatment of attention disabilities.
