Role of Administrative Creativity in the Management of Positive Conflict and Goals Achievements at Secondary Schools, in Al Taif- KSA, from Teachers' Perspective

Abstract
The study examined the role of administrative creativity in the management of positive conflict and the achievement of goals at secondary schools in Al Taif- KSA from the teachers' perspective. The sample of the study consisted of (285) male and female secondary school teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of (25) items was developed. It was divided into (2) dimensions: the role of administrative creativity in the management of positive conflict, and the role of administrative creativity in achieving the goals. The results of the study showed that the teachers believed that the role of administrative creativity in managing positive conflicts and achieving goals was of average rating. There were statistically significant differences (α ≥ 0.05) in the role of administrative creativity in managing positive conflict attributed to gender, in favor of males and due to years of experience, in favor of more than (10) years of experience. However, no statistically significant differences (α ≥ 0.05) attributed to qualification were found. There were statistically significant differences (α ≥0.05) in the role of administrative creativity in goals achievement attributed to years of experience, in favor of more than (10) years of experience while no statistically significant differences (α ≥ 0.05) attributed to gender and qualification were found.
