The study aimed to measure the level of influence of the of intellectual capital fields on the creative abilities of the faculty members in the College of Educational Sciences / University of Jordan To answer the questions of the study, the questionnaire has been distributed to the community of the study, consisting of faculty members in the college of educational sciences including (88) member. The Number of questionnaires that were collected and analyzed and statistically accepted was (64) questionare. To identify and collect information, it has been prepared a special measure consists of (27) items.

The results of the study show an statistically impact, at the level of significance  at intellectual capital fields. on the creative abilities Its show from the results of multiple regression analysis a statistically impact significant for the intellectual capital service on creative abilities.The results of the analysis didn’t show an impact of lintellectual capita fields (polarization, industry, activation, and maintaining intellectual capital).

The results of the study showed a statistically significant differences in faculty members attitudes toward intellectual capital due to the difference in years of experience at the university. The calculated values of (P) was higher than the value of (P)ctritical. The results of analysis of variance did not show differences in attitudes towards intellectual capital due to the difference in gender, age and academic level.

The results of the study showed no statistically significant differences in attitudes towards creative capacity due to the different academic rank and years of experience at the university. The results of analysis of variance did not show trends toward differences creative capacity due to the different gender and age. In the light of the results of this study researcher presented a set of recommendations which will hopefully be useful to the authors of the strategies of Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan, and to adopt strategies specific, and clear for the application of the dimensions of intellectual capital because of its impact on the performance of faculty members at the college.
