Impact of University Education Services Quality to Achieve Student Satisfaction

Abstract
This study aims to assess the quality of higher education services in Algeria from the point of view of the student. This is done by highlighting the impact of the quality used in the Faculty of Economic and management sciences at the University of BATNA – Algeria, to achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiary of the services (the student). For the purposes of the study data were collected from a systematic random sample estimated 372 single through a questionnaire designed for this purpose. The study used a descriptive statistical methods and evidentiary to interpret the data and test hypotheses for the analysis and detection effect relationships directly between the independent variable principal (service quality of university education: the administrative system, Teachers, educational program, educational technology, student affairs and library services) and the dependent variable (student satisfaction). As has been the use of statistical analysis software (SPSS) for unloading and analysis of the questionnaire.
The study results suggest the existence of the effect in a statistically significant for the quality of educational services provided by the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of BATNA on overall student satisfaction, and that only 11.8 % of those who have satisfaction for services of this Faculty which is very weak. And the presence of a medium degree of approval on all Faculty services, except service educational technology where the consent was low. All of this is caused by the total lack of interest in some of the services, which led to the failure to achieve the requirements of the student and then dissatisfaction. The study results to the absence of a difference in student satisfaction in the phase gradient (license of system LMD) of Faculty of Economic and management sciences at the University of BATNA-Algeria attributed to differences in the characteristics (sexe - Age - Social status- professional status).Downloads
