Degree of Implementing TQM at Sport Colleges from Faculty Members Perspectives
Abstract:
What remains important TQM immature widely among many Iraqi universities in general and colleges of education and sports departments in particular from here highlights the research problem in how the application of total quality management in colleges of physical education and whether there are differences in the application of these requirements are between colleges of education and sports study aimed to identify the degree of implementation of total quality management as well as to identify differences in the degree of implementation of total quality management in colleges of physical education to the Middle Euphrates region and researcher used the descriptive style surveys and the number of the research community (185) pedagogy Teaching Was adopted scale requirements of Total Quality Management and consisting of (100) items distributed on (10) areas and after the application of the scale in the experience of reconnaissance and other head was data collection and analysis, where the results showed that the field of human resources management and development got the highest circles calculations, while his information-gatheringand analysis on less computational circles the most important recommendations was the most important of which introduce the subject of Total Quality Management as the syllabus within the curricula of colleges of education and the adoption of a standard sports competence and experience and loyalty in the selection of senior leadership to the departments of physical education colleges.
