Towards the establishment of a quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2008 at theUniversity of Sfax and supervisory institutions

Abstract

this research  this done because of the interest of Sfax University Management  in providing  Disposition systems for quality for all it's administrations and educational institutions and to benefit from these systems and it's practical applications , to manage and organize the pedagogical , financial and administrative acts when it come to the first period. as for the second period , it's to manage and organize the quality of formation and scientific research.

The research contains the following sections :

section 1 : the reasons that made the Sfax University Management adopt the quality's eight principles and make them the base of their future works

section2  : a study about the most important researches and studies that applied the organization of the quality administration on the high education level.

section3: providing a typical experiment in strolling to establish a system in organizing quality in one of the universities, according to specifications of iso 2008:9001

In the conclusion of the research we display the most important results recorded and expected to be completed in some educational institutions with some of the conclusions and recommendations.
