Abstract
The aim of this research is to explain some controversial concepts about the
concept of quality and total quality with an analytical study of the nature of the
philosophy of total quality in comparison with the nature of certificates and prizes
quality and the importance of each of the Arab Universities
The main problem of search in: the existence of confusion between the concept
of total quality management and quality management standards, such as "ISO
9000"
Results reached by the researcher: it can not in any way be regarded as the
terms "total quality management" and "quality certification" for Fezin synonymous,
is not considered the concept of total quality benchmark, but it does not come out being a management philosophy developed by organizations interested in theapplication, is Sample ISO 9001 quality management certificates as applicable to the universities on both
The research has included a set of recommendations and proposals, including: -
- Work on the formulation of a uniform scientific concept of TQM in higher
education and below.
- Work on the standardization of quality assurance and accreditation in the
Arab world as a whole
- Careful look and unite the Arab towards the acceptance or rejection of
what comes out of the west of the standards and requirements for the
classifications of Arab Universities
- Conviction that the launch of Arab universities around the world starting
from access to international certifications in the field of quality
