Measuring the total quality management of the professor staff at the university kasdi merbah ouargla - a survey study

Abstract
Linked to the achievement of quality evaluation in higher education a set of indicators standards, the most important of humanity resource management efficiency, professors and administrators and workers, and as a university professor is the focus of the educational process , it means the need to be seen as a resource and human capital intellectual and this can only come from the presence of management ensures to be supplied and development and stimulate interest and to win the survival and loyalty and achieve quality education, and this is one of the most important challenges facing Algerian universities, so this study attempts to shed light on the faculty member management quality, and the disclosure of the nature of this administration's policies that affect faculty members, and educational quality , and by introducing the following problem: to what extent is the application of quality standards in human resources management and exactly faculty member in the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Ouargla management - Algeria? To answer this problem we follow the following themes:
The theoretical side: total quality management and human resources: in the nature of the role and the relationship
the importance of human resource - a faculty member - in the contemporary university education.
the role of human resource - a faculty member - in achieving overall quality in university education.
Field side: an exploratory study of the views of faculty direction of the most important human resource policies related to quality management
. The field study procedures (and the community sample and Search Tool).
analyze and interpret the results of the questionnaire.
The study concluded after the distribution of the deliberate form of a sample of faculty members at the Faculty of Law and Political Science Professor 33 guestrooms, the management faculty member at the University of Ouargla suffer from the absence of quality standards in the policies which affect the quality of the performance and then a professor of educational quality.
