Abstract

abstract: Is the overall quality of the things that drew the attention of modern men of education and its importance in order to achieve better education and more quality in the light of the changes and developments in the world today.  In this regard, increased attention to educational institutions and private university than in recent years the subject of total quality management in all its activities and events to a get a way out loud with a high efficiency whether it is an excellent product or a student Member represents is the best in the "educational planning" and the development of talent since the open and support the development process of education and scientific research in modern society The key aspects that should be taken care of and developed to ensure the quality, methods of teaching. Therefore, the research aims to identify the use of e-learning representative of the Internet in teaching methods and their impact on student achievement and attitudes towards e-learning. Was selected fourth grade students in the Department of Arabic Language / Faculty of Education / University of Dhi Qar for the academic year (2010 - 2011) and material measurement and evaluation for the purpose of conducting a pilot study to identify them and their results. And selected a random sample of them consisting of (80) students divided into four equal groups and equal number in a number of variables affecting one officer and three experimental groups. The seven selected topics of the curriculum scheduled for the second semester and prepared plans for each teaching group. Prepared as research tools is the final achievement test is enabled (20) question of the type of multiple-choice and form trends towards e-learning students from (35) paragraph. The psychometric properties of the extracted two well-known means In the first measure of trends applied to students four groups together and analyzed the results it was observed the absence of statistical differences among them. The search began with the control group were taught the usual way and the first pilot in addition to the usual way by the use of browsing the Internet and the second experimental method in addition to the regular use of e-mail via the Internet and experimental third way in addition to the normal use of chat programs through the Internet. The experiment lasted six weeks, after which the application was the final achievement test and re-apply the measure trends to students in both groups simultaneously. And the results analyzedusing appropriate statistical methods. The research found to exceed the experimental group students first collecting and attitudes towards learning Alaketronaaly students of the experimental groups, second and third control, respectively. And this, suggesting that learning Alaketronicd contributed to increase the quality of teaching methods in higher education institutions.
