To collect data, a realizable and credible questionnaire has been employed with regard to three areas: importance, obstacles and direction. The reached results reveal that portfolio is very important for the development of students; its significance, for example, could be seen in its range of actions that are self-sustaining-prepared. The most significant constraint is the absence of adequate awareness of how to use it. The most important progress has been directed toward change, innovation and diversity. On the other side, it has been noted that the female students are willing to use portfolio more than male students. There are more impediments for literary disciplines than others.
