Abstract
Abstract: This study explores the role of the Learning Management System (Blackboard) in supporting remote learning for students at Al Ghurair University in Dubai and their attitudes towards this system. The researcher employed a descriptive analytical approach, distributing an electronic questionnaire to 50 students, of whom 38 responded. The analysis results, using SPSS, revealed that students rated the benefits of using Blackboard for remote learning very highly, and their attitudes towards it were also very positive. However, the results indicated some challenges at a moderate level. The researcher concluded that students possess the necessary skills to use Blackboard effectively and that the challenges they faced were personal rather than related to the platform.
